Service Description

This service allows you 30 minutes to explain any witchcraft questions or problems you are having or even discuss herbs, crystals, or learning more about something in the craft. Consultation will be done via phone call on either WhatsApp or a social media account such as Facebook or instagram. Pleas make sure to highlight how you wish to be contacted. *Booking requires full payment in advance; cancellations will result in loss of payment. Alternatively we can re-arrange your booking. Please contact us to discuss, we require a minimum of 24hr notice. Please note our emails can land in the spam inbox and so we ask you check this for all communications from us. Do not be late for your session as this will count as a cancellation and a booking will have to be made again

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are made with the BST time zone during summer and GMT during winter. Please make sure to compare your booking time with that of either BST or GMT so you do not miss your appointment. Refunds can be issued on services and goods at the stores discretion within 30 days of the service or goods being received. Refunds cannot be accepted after 30 days. Rescheduling for another date and time must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment - failing to do so will result in loss of appointment so a new booking will have to be made. *is negotiable with certain circumstances at the store's discretion. There is no guarantee that magick will work and by purchasing any spell casting services with us you agree to the terms above and any and all results may not be exactly as expected.
