What if I am not satisfied with The Grey Witch?

Please remember that Magick doesn't always provide immediate effects so there is no 100% guarantee that the product will work for you specifically. We make all of our products of a high standard which go through tests before they hit the shop page so we can say that what we create and do does make a difference in peoples lives

Shipping Details

For all UK orders under £75 we offer paid standard delivery or tracked24 delivery. 

For all UK orders over £75 we offer FREE standard delivery.

For orders over £100 we offer FREE tracked24 delivery.

All non UK orders are dispatched with tracked postage as standard. 

All orders times are given once the order has been dispatched from us and not from the time of placing your order.

What are your Refund policies?

We are happy to offer refunds on products or services at our discretion but if you wish to change your booking for another date please provide 24 hours notice along with the newly requested date and time via phone call, email, or social media.
