Covid-19 policy

There may still be some delays on orders getting to you, especially if being sent overseas, due to service cuts with Royal Mail but we are working extremely hard to get your orders sent as quickly as possible

What if I am not satisfied with The Grey Witch?

Please remember that Magick doesn't always provide immediate effects so there is no 100% guarantee that the product will work for you specifically. We make all of our products of a high standard which go through tests before they hit the shop page so we can say that what we create and do does make a difference in peoples lives

What makes you Eco Friendly?

Here at The Grey Witch working alongside nature is of a top priority. All of our packaging is recyclable or even biodegradable from the product, to the box, right down to the packing tape we use. We say that Shopping Eco shouldn't cost the world and so we try to ensure the lowest possible prices without causing any harm to to Mother Nature. For every 10th order we plant wildflower seeds in our local environment to help pollinators and the ecosystem

What are your Refund policies?

We do not offer refunds on products or services but if you wish to change your booking for another date please provide 24 hours notice along with the newly requested date and time via phone call, email, or social media.
