Cancellation Policy
Bookings are made with the BST time zone during summer and GMT during winter. Please make sure to compare your booking time with that of either BST or GMT so you do not miss your appointment. Refunds can be issued on services and goods at the stores discretion within 30 days of the service or goods being received. Refunds cannot be accepted after 30 days.
