Bookings are made with the BST time zone during summer and GMT during winter. Please make sure to compare your booking time with that of either BST or GMT so you do not miss your appointment. Refunds can be issued on services and goods at the stores discretion within 30 days of the service or goods being received. Refunds cannot be accepted after 30 days. Rescheduling for another date and time must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment - failing to do so will result in loss of appointment so a new booking will have to be made. *is negotiable with certain circumstances at the store's discretion.
