Results will be sent directly to your email or choice of social media inbox. *Booking requires full payment in advance; cancellations will result in loss of payment. Alternatively we can re-arrange your booking. Please contact us to discuss, we require a minimum of 24hr notice. Please note our emails can land in the spam inbox and so we ask you check this for all communications from us.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are made with the BST time zone during summer and GMT during winter. Please make sure to compare your booking time with that of either BST or GMT so you do not miss your appointment. Refunds cannot be issued on soell casting services but can be on readings if not 100% satisfied. Rescheduling for another date and time must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment - failing to do so will result in loss of appointment so a new booking will have to be made. *is negotiable with certain circumstances at the store's discretion.
